Welcome to the new year's edition of the FSS Friends Showcase! It's been a couple months since our last one, so we've got some catching up to do. If you'd like a shot at being featured on the FSS blog, be sure to upload your creations to our Flickr or Splitcoaststamper galleries. We LOVE to see what our friends create with Fresh Squeezed Stamps! :)
Starting us off this month is fun, kid-friendly birthday card by Kate Lorenzini. What little boy doesn't love cars and trucks?! We love the fun offset design and the bold graphic colors and patterns Kate used on her card. She used the birthday bubble from On Trend 2013 to promote her birthday message. Adorable!
Next up is this fun tea-time creation from Sandie Munro. She paper pieced the tea cup from Hot, Hot, Hot and created her own background using the polka dot border included in You Said It, Sister. I love how the delicate doily and the satin ribbon tie in the classy tea theme. Lovely!
Tenia Nelson is back with another beauty of a card! She used the flowers from Soda-lighted and a sentiment from You Said It, Sister to create a technique-heavy project. We love the texture the heat embossing lends against the gelato-based background. Gorgeous!
Cathy Weber's use of Friendly Folk to create this amazing card for her DH is just awesome! We love how she anchored her sentiment to the pennant banner and the subtly stamped background. So super sweet!
Thank you for joining us for another FSS Friends Showcase. Keep posting your creations to our Flickr and Splitcoaststamper galleries and you just might see your creations featured!! :)
