Owl's It Going?

**For your chance to win a FREE stamp set - play along with Squeeze-A-Palooza!  Details can be found HERE**

Val here and I hope owl's going great for you today!  I just love this big eyed owl from Hootie Who? I added shiny brown brads to give him big brown eyes.  The limb was inked in Memento Toffee Crunch and kissed with the woodgrain element from Background Check using Rich Cocoa, adding a unique texture element.  A strip of dotted patterned paper ties into his cute dotted belly.

Keep Calm...

**For your chance to win a FREE stamp set - play along with Squeeze-A-Palooza!  Details can be found HERE**

Hello!

It's Amy T here with a card to share:

Why yes, I do love the

There are so many possibilities!

I've been lovin' my many vellum bags lately...I trimmed off the flap on this one and slipped the tag inside...

I did a bunch of masking on this one to give you the sense that the cups/saucers are stacked...I'll let you in on a secret, my girl helped me figure out the masking part of it.

Question:

If you were to stamp this tag, would you start from the top or the bottom?

My Answer:

Typically I'd start at the bottom.

That was my 'problem'...starting at the top and working down lets you mask off the saucer.

Tone-on-Tone stamping gives you the opportunity to then add BAM...like the sentiment.  The cups/saucers add to the tag, not take away from the sentiment.

I love texture and am always trying to incorporate it into my projects.  Big fan of cork and that little smidge on the top adds quite a bit to the tag...finishing it off with Timeless Twine's Aqua Delight makes it so the tag could easily become a bookmark!

Hi! This is Jennifer here with you today and ready to share a super fun card I created using the Weather Through and Background Check sets. I stamped the grungy background in rainbow colors across the card and then stamped the sentiment in black over a lighter color.

You Are My Sunshine
I heat embossed the sun with clear embossing powder over a bright orange ink to make it really stand out and then added a fun button embellishment to it.

I'm Over the Moon for You

Val here with a little creative bending of the sentiment so it could be literally over the sparkly moon.  It's easy to do with flexible clear stamps, a die and a block.  Just use the die as a template to line your stamp up on the block in a circular shape.  I've used one of the newest FSS stamps sets, Weather Through!

Hello, friends! This is Jennifer Ingle here with you today sharing a fun card using the Weather Through set. For this one I stamped the various elements in different ink colors and heat embossed the lightening to give it a metallic flair. It is a quick and CAS card, but still totally fun!

Graphic Thanks

Hello there!  It's Maureen here on this lovely Saturday morning.  I hope you have something fun planned for this weekend!  Even better, I hope you have some stamping time scheduled into your weekend :)

Today I have a clean and graphic card to share with you.

Trendy Triangles is the perfect set to make clean and graphic cards with,
it offers so many possibilities!

To make today's card I used my pencil and a ruler to draw a light line and used that as a guide while I stamped my images.  I started with the sentiment and then stamped the arrows or chevrons.  I find that it is extremely important to keep everything aligned and precise in clean and graphic design.  Once the card was complete, I simply erased my line.

If you use this technique, be sure to erase with a white eraser so you don't leave marks on your card!

Come back tomorrow for more inspiration by the FSS Design Team!

I ♥ U

Hello Fresh Squeezed Stamps fans!  Amy Kolling here today sharing a card I made using some inspiration.  I'm sure most of us have gone to the opthamologist at one time or another......you know the Snellen eye chart?  Well, that's where I got my inspiration from!
My idea was a bit different but I LOVE how it came out!  I used the stamp set called Games People Play.  I arranged all the letters on a block where I'd want them and stamped on scratch paper a few times to adjust the letters if needed.

Since tomorrow is Valentine's Day.....I thought it would be perfect to share this today!

I love you

Happy Valentine's Day (tomorrow)!

Classy & Fabulous...

Hello!  It's Amy T here with a one-layer card:

I challenged myself to do a one layer card and incorporate a mask.  Originally I was going to die cut a whole lotta hearts and then I thought of just hand cutting one large heart.

I like the outcome....

The sentiment was a last minute decision and I think it suits the overall design.

Just to give you a sense of how I managed to put this card together.....

I'm a big fan of that extra wide washi to hold everything down.

A Very Starry Birthday!

Hello, Fresh Squeezed friends!  I am so excited about the stamp sets that we released last week! For REALS, you guys!  Aren't they amazing!!!  I am showing off the brand new Weather Through set again today for this fun, starry-eyed birthday card!

For my card, I stamped and cut the two larger stars repeatedly and adhered them to my card.  I then stamped (two generations) the smaller star to finish out the design.  I pulled the Happy Birthday sentiment from the Happy Hexagons set, as it seemed like a great fit for this fun card!
