Hello there,

it's Maureen today with a little Fresh Squeezed inspiration!

I don't know what it is like where you are, but in Northeastern PA we are seeing below zero temperatures.  It is bitterly cold and a reminder of why I love Summer.  Longing for the days when the birds wake me up with their beautiful songs, I created this summery scene using The Sweet Life stamp set..

To make my card, I sponged the background in shades of green and blue, then did my stamping.  I inked and stamped only the legs of the bird, then paper pieced and added it with dimensionals.  The card base is 3 1/2x 5.  The perfect size for dropping into a lunch bag or briefcase.
