Sweet Baby!

Dear Fresh Squeezed friends!  It's Virginia here!  Today I am sharing a sweet baby card with you.  This design can be used as a birth announcement, baby shower or welcome baby card, tags, labels…  There are so many possibilities!

It was quick and fun to create this card.  All you do is find a few pieces of scrap pattern paper and stamp the baby subway art from Subway Series: Occasions on it and then add pink buttons and ribbons. To add a bit of homespun feel to this card, I added faux stitching at the top of the image panel.  Basically, you use a ruler and pierce holes at even intervals and then connect the dots.  It's such an easy way to add interest to your project!

Welcome Baby Girl

Hey everyone! Erin here. During the August release week I used the baby sentiment from Subway Series: Occasions to create a baby boy card. I really liked the layout, and decided to CASE myself and use the same sentiment to create a baby girl card. 

I embossed the sentiment onto vellum, then ran it through my Xyron so adhesive covered the entire sheet. After I adhered it to my card, I embellished it with buttons, a resin cabochon, and a few enamel dots.

Hi Fresh Squeezed fans!  Tracey here with a baby blue card for a baby boy!  I used the baby sentiment from Subway Series: Occasions as the focal point of my card.  I clear embossed it and topped it with a baby blue onesie from String Me Along and a cute happy face from The Envelope, Please.

Happy Monday, Fresh Squeezed friends!  It's Virginia here!  I know it's only Monday, but don't you think EVERY DAY should be a SPA DAY?? Well, we are celebrating today with a Spa Day card!

With the chalkboard effect, this card is pretty self-explanatory.  I embossed the sentiment from Subway Series: Occasions in white and used chalk ink for the rest of the stamping and edging. To add a celebratory feel to this card, I added the die cut vellum banner with pink pearls on top!  And oh... the little swirls you see?  It's from The Envelope, Please set.

Hi Fresh Squeezed fans!  Tracey here with a card for baby using two fun Fresh Squeezed Stamps sets!

I created a trail of stars from Weather Through that I colored with pastel Copics and then outlined each star with a clear glitter pen.  For the sentiment I embossed a portion of the baby Subway Series: Occasions stamp and heat embossed it in white.

 

I use the sketch from Seize The Sketch for my card this week.

Wedded Bliss

Good morning! Erin here with an elegant wedding card featuring Subway Series: Occasions. I pulled out my Perfect Pearls in gold and copper, along with two shades of purple cardstock. 

First, I stamped the wedding subway stamp with VersaMark ink onto dark purple cardstock. Then I used a fine tip brush to dip into the Perfect Pearls and gently swirled the powder onto the stamped image. After the text was covered with powder, I used a dried baby wipe to wipe off the excess powder. The Perfect Pearls stick to the VersaMark ink, leaving a brilliant shimmer that is gorgeous in real life.

Release Week Day 2 - Subway Series: Occasions

Welcome, little one!  Heather Campbell uses shades of blue and white on this tag topped card to wish a lucky baby boy all the best.  She's also created a background of clouds and stars using Fresh Squeezed Stamps' Weather Through set.

The happy couple will simply LOVE this handmade card by Virginia Lu.  The beautiful combination of alcohol inks on vellum makes a gorgeous backdrop for the embossed sentiment, and the tiny gold heart adds just the right touch of pizzaz!

Heather Pulvirenti used the baby sentiment as her background, then singled out the "sweet baby" and made it into a banner!  What a unique way to use this subway art style stamp!  The onesie is from String Me Along and creates a perfect focal point.
